Authorized Service Centers
In our continuing effort to provide the highest level of customer service possible, we are proud to announce a new Authorized Service Center, InnoMedia Systems Ltd. located in the UK, servicing Western Europe and Turkey.   The addition of this Service Center is part of an effort to speed service times to our Customers in this region of the world, and is part of a larger effort to streamline the support process for Cine-tal Customers.  InnoMedia Systems Ltd. joins Imagica Digix in Tokyo, Japan and Janusz Rupik PVP Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland as Cine-tal Authorized Service Centers.  Imagica Digix services Cine-tal products in Japan, while Janusz Rupik PVP Sp. z o.o. handles service for Eastern Europe.

Own a Cine-tal product? Want to make sure you recieve news and information concerning software releases, updates and other product knowledge? Get your serial number ready and register here.

Service Agreement and Warranties
Cine-tal provides a standard 1 year warranty with each product sold. Service agreements are available providing expedited repair services, software upgrades and out-of-warranty repair insurance. Ask your Cine-tal sales representative for more information.

Cine-tal Beta Partners
If you own a Cine-tal product and would like to participate in recieving the latest software for the purposes of beta testing. Your feedback would be appreciated. Contact Technical Support if you want to participate as a Cine-tal beta partner.
